Currently, I'm undergoing my internship at a financial planning firm - VKA Wealth Planners

Many people have a wrong perception about financial planner.

Fyi, financial planner is different from insurance agent.

In other words, financial planning isn't only about insurance planning - 

It includes Cash flow management, insurance planning, investment planning, education planning, tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning.

The best part is they represent MULTIPLE providers, NOT only one.

okay, back to the topic. Those who are following my instagram might feel that my internship is like cuti-cuti Malaysia because i've participated in several PRS roadshows. I 'traveled' to a few places throughout these few weeks. 

I'm glad that i have an amazing though tiring internship as our supervisors said that we, the VKA interns, have joined at the right time because VKA planners are now busy preparing and carrying out PRS talk to all Sime Darby's employees  =) while the interns are each playing a minor role, which is to help in keying-in of data. HAHA XD There are currently 8 PRS providers which are Hwang, Manulife, CIMB-Principal, RHB, AmInvest, Public Mutual, Kenanga and AIA.

Throughout these few weeks, i have understood the importance of team work and toleration between groups. 

Don't get me wrong, I'm not promoting Porsche here LOL

As Porsche (Motor) is one of the divisions of Sime Darby group, so... now you know why i was there last Thursday ^^ That was my very first time having a clear look at luxury sports cars. I felt stressed by just standing beside them LOL oppressive feeling :/

This would be a random weekend post.

okay... WEEKEND. What would people normally do during weekend?

shopping? hi-tea? dating? gathering with friends? hmmm... i don't know~

What about me, myself? shopping? YES (you think), but my answer is NO haha

Surprisingly say NO to shopping this week because I've already broke >.<

However, we cannot waste our precious weekends without doing anything right?

Instead of shopping and feel the jam on the road, why not chill at a restaurant/cafe?

Now, you might be expecting me to share a nice/recommended cafe with you all :/

My answer is a NO again. :p

I'm now spending my lazy-Sunday at Secret Recipe as I'm craving for cheese cakes

Never thought of writing blog at other places other than my house. fyi, the line is sucks >.<

David's Diner

i have been dragging this post for at least 2weeks LOL 

i bet most of you know that i'm having my internship at KL now

haizzz... happy or sad? follow my insta and you will know ahahaha

overall... im doing fine here... quite enjoying my 1st job in my life

almost every day there is new task/training/work for all interns. This is the happy part lah.

The sad part is homesick of course... 

sometimes feeling emo due to long distance relationship too >.<

last month before moving to KL, my boy brought me to Ipoh - last date before internship.

hmm... sounds sad huh~ it is indeed.

was feeling down that day because he didn't inform me that we will be going to Ipoh to have our brunch. 

so i just cincai put on a t-shirt and short pants .. duhhh~~~~ =_="

i've met 1 of my bestie (Kate Lee) .. her new hairstyle surprised me! omg! y so short??? 

but this gave me a fresh view on her. NOT BAD MAR~ 

skip all activities on that day and fast forward to the dinner part

he's been to this restaurant (David's Diner) before and he promised to bring me there because the steak tastes really nice, he said.

so, today im gonna post a short photolog about our LAST DINNER before internship (feeling emo again)

this is the place ;) nice environment right?

 ordered set dinner which comes with mushroom/chicken soup, drinks, and desserts. 

you may choose your own side dishes from an a-la carte list in the menu.

 my lamb chop... errrr the mutton is vry juicy but the taste of the sauce is abit weird for me. but overall it's nice lar. 

my boy's sirloin steak. highly recommended!

by the way, today is our 1st anniversary. too bad we couldn't manage to celebrate together :(

So, i take this dinner as our 1st anniversary dinner :D

i believe that there are more anniversaries to come.. never ending *wink*
